My time is not something you play with
Sitting around waiting for anyone is nothing something I like to do.
If you say you are going to be somewhere at a certain time then be there
Others have actually made the effort and dropped other things to be on time.
Why should you, you or you be an exception to this people all around the world do it
BEING ON TIME.
Its a common generalization or stereotype that Africans are late
its might not be well know amongst Westerner but amongst ourselves that what they say.
I on the other hand don't like being late I would rather be early than late.
If I am going to be late I say how much more time it will take me to be there.
So when people say meet me here at 11. I want you to be there at 11.
If you say we are leaving at 3 then lets leave at 3.
Because I have put something off just so that it wouldn't run into 11 or 3 so that extra 40 minutes you keep me waiting is time I could have used to be doing something else in.
I could be seeing people in hospital that would appreciate that I took that time out of my day to spend with them.
or getting some work done that I didn't start because I expect you to have some common sense and understand that when you are making plans with other people you can't just be going on your own time but by the time you have set with other people too.



NO one likes to sit around and wait.... I am no exception.
